About us
New Mind s.r.o. has been running web hosting since 2014. We offer a single plan – New Mind Web Hosting – in three prepaid terms, so you are not choosing between tiers, only between subscription lengths. Websites, e-mail and databases run on our own servers in a TIER III datacenter in Prague, and support is answered by an engineer who has access to those servers.
What we stand for
▸ One plan, no catches
We do not count websites, domains, mailboxes or databases. There is no extra invoice for more traffic or another domain. The setup fee is zero and you have 30 days to get your money back.
159 Kč per month incl. VAT, 1 599 Kč per year or 2 799 Kč for three years. Free .cz domain for a year.
▸ Reliability
Our servers sit in a TIER III datacenter in Prague with redundant power and cooling. We back up daily and keep 30 days of history, with one-click restore. Availability is guaranteed at 99,9 % and DDoS protection is included.
▸ A human touch
On the other end is an engineer, not a canned reply. We move your site from another provider for free, including e-mail, databases and the DNS switch. We state numbers, not adjectives.
