Orders and payments
How does ordering work?
On the Web hosting page pick a prepaid term – monthly, yearly or three years – and click "Order now". Fill in your domain and billing details and submit the order. You get a confirmation and a proforma invoice; once it is paid we set the service up and send you the credentials. Plan and pricing »
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, credit card and PayPal. We invoice at the start of each prepaid term and the tax document is available in the client area. There is no setup fee and we refund your money within 30 days of the order, no questions asked. Client area »
Are prices with or without VAT?
Prices on this website are final, that is including 21% VAT. New Mind s.r.o. is a VAT payer, VAT ID CZ03579409. The price excluding VAT is shown in the note under the price list, so you do not need to recalculate it.
How fast is the hosting set up?
The account is created automatically, usually within minutes of the payment arriving – FTP, e-mail and control panel credentials are sent to you by e-mail. If we are transferring your site from another provider, the transfer is completed within two business days.
Hosting and technology
How much space do I get and how many sites can I run?
The plan includes 20 GB of NVMe SSD. The number of sites, domains, subdomains, aliases, FTP and SFTP accounts and the amount of data transferred are unlimited – you can run several projects on a single hosting account. Technical specs »
Which PHP version can I use?
PHP 5.6 to 8.4, selectable separately for each site – an older project can stay on 7.4 while a new one runs on 8.4. You switch the version at any time in the control panel, without contacting support.
Do I get SSH and Git access?
Yes, SSH is part of the plan, including Git, Composer and WP-CLI, so you can deploy straight from your repository. Cron jobs are unlimited and can run as often as every minute.
Do you support WordPress and e-shops?
Yes. WordPress, PrestaShop, Nette and Laravel install with one click from the control panel. Sites run on nginx with HTTP/3, Brotli compression and .htaccess support, MariaDB databases are unlimited (up to 2 GB each) and Node.js and Python are available for long-running processes.
E-mail, domains and SSL
How many mailboxes do I get?
Unlimited, with up to 10 GB per mailbox. You access mail over IMAP, POP3 or SMTP, always encrypted with TLS, or through the Roundcube webmail. Rspamd antispam and ClamAV antivirus are included and SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are configured automatically.
Is the SSL certificate free?
Yes. We issue a free Let's Encrypt certificate for every domain and subdomain and renew it automatically, so it never expires. HTTPS costs you nothing extra.
Do I get a free domain with the hosting?
With the 12 and 36 month terms you get a .cz domain free for the first year – we either register it for you or transfer your existing one. The monthly term does not include a domain; it is paid separately. Extras included »
Do you offer secondary DNS and DNSSEC?
Yes. DNS hosting is part of the plan, we run both primary and secondary DNS and we support DNSSEC. You manage the records yourself in the control panel.
Operations, backups and support
How do you back up data?
Files and databases are backed up daily and kept for 30 days. You restore them yourself with one click in the control panel – either the whole site or a single database. Backups are included in the plan at no extra cost.
What availability do you guarantee?

Will you transfer my site from another provider?
